　　Set up in 1982, Foshan Nanhai Xinbaode Plastics Co., Ltd. is an enterprise engaged in manufacturing plastic products. For years, the company has been dedicated to R&D and production of plastic products. Under the company are four plants for injection mould, blow mould, flexible pipe and die processing. With a total area of about 30000 m2, the company boasts over 100 pieces of equipment such as world-leading injection mould machines, blow mould machines and flexible pipe extruding machines. Among this are over 80 pieces of computerized injection mould machines, more than 10 large-sized wall-thickness controlled computerized blow mould machines, as well as multiple production lines for single-layer, double-layer and five-fold flexible pipes.
　　The technical and workmanship team for the injection mould products has rich production experience. The mould locking capacity for the injection mould machines is 80—3500 tons, able to produce plastics-for-wood logistics storage and warehousing plastic boards, reusable plastic containers, reusable baskets, packaging barrels, dope barrels, toys, stationeries, plastic auto parts and so on with a weight up to 25000g.
　　The company has a wide variety of blow mould products such as petrochemical barrels, outdoor furniture, plastic auto parts, and industrial parts with a volume of 20 to 250 liters. Also, the company is able to research and develop all kinds of plastic products for blow mould and injection mould processing.
　　To improve its competitiveness, the company undertook overall reform on flexible pipe workshops by following China’s GMP management standards since the beginning of 2004. After system upgrading, the medicine packaging flexible pipe workshops meet the hygiene standards for full sealing, free from dust and bacteria, as well as 100 thousand-level purifying and dust removing standards. At the beginning of 2006, the company acquired the Pharmaceuticals Packaging and Production License issued by the National Foodstuffs and Pharmaceuticals Supervision Administration. At present, the company’s overall production capacity for flexible pipes attains 50 million. There are three manufacturing workmanships for flexible pipes, namely, single layer, double layers and five layers. At the same time, the company can provide products of 13 kinds of diameters ofΦ17-Φ60, and of different lengths. The company is able to produce flexible pipes of irregular shapes, which can be given 6-color common offset printing, 6-color silk screen printing and scald printing of different colors. Especially, the company’s five-layer composite flexible pipes have got acknowledgement from its customers with unique air tightness and separation performance. The company is also able to provide customized outer casings of different shapes according to design objectives, so that your products without our packaging are more competitive.
